About me

Hello, and welcome!

​

I'm Lora and I provide virtual business support to Executive Level individuals from my home in West Sussex, where I live with my partner, our four collective children and our German Shepherd pup Leo.

​

With over 15 years of experience working in both large corporate as well as smaller businesses, I have supported CEO's, MD's, CFO's, HR Directors, Board Members (and all in between!) as both a Personal and Executive Assistant, giving me a wealth of experience and knowledge across multiple industries.

Having grown up as the eldest of three sisters, it was inevitable that I would end up in a career where organising was at the very heart of it.

​

I am passionate about creating more efficient ways of working, taking away all the 'noise' and enabling you to focus on what is important to you, both in your business and personal life.

I can help create the calm you need by working with you and your team, to help organise the chaos and create clarity, allowing you to redirect time and energy back into doing what you enjoy.

Pricing & Packages

I consistently deliver the tools necessary for you to achieve a finely tuned work-life balance, and make it my mission to help you stay focused.

How much will my time cost?

My hourly rate is priced at £40 per hour,

with a minimum of 10 hours to be purchased per month as a retainer.

​

This will be due for payment before work commences and then on the 1st of the month there after. 

​

I find it easier to get a better idea of your requirements over a short Zoom call, some times it's just quicker to talk! Please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.

Light Touch Support

20 hours per month

Never have time to check your emails, or do you find yourself consistently double booking yourself and missing meetings?


We would meet weekly for a 30min virtual call, then I would take over your diary and inbox; scheduling and rearranging your meetings, replying to and flagging your email. Planing your time to make sure you are in the right place at the right time, and via the right transport!

I can assist with travel research, dinner reservations, reminding you of special dates coming up and any other ad hoc admin you might need.

​

20 hours would give you approximately one hour per day support.

£800 per month

The Advanced Package

40 + hours per month

Need slightly more support, or have a range of tasks that need completing? Perhaps you have a team that also need some coordination.

My Advanced Package would give you the time you need.

​

You would get everything specified in the Light Touch Support packed, but in more depth.

I would take over your diary and be first point of call for all incoming queries. We would map out your week to a timetable that suits you, keeping clear time blocks for work, life and any other interests.

I would manage your inbox, clearly categorising the emails you need to read and the ones you need to respond to, whilst filtering out all junk mail and auto-filing your subscriptions.

If you travel a lot, I can research and organise itineraries for you. I can also collate expenses, minute team meetings and follow up on actions, keep your CRM up to date; and all those time consuming things you think YOU need to do, but can easily delegate to me to free you up.

​

40 hours would give you approximately two hours per day across a one month period.

Do you have any questions about how I operate? Below are listed the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. If you have any additional inquiries, please do get in touch.

What are my working hours?

My core 'desk' hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm, which is when I would book in calls and set aside time blocks to complete work.

As I have four young children of school age and I need time out to be on the school run, however I am available to check and respond to emails before and after this time period, so I don't switch off entirely; my business is all about creating guilt free flexibility!

What is a retainer and why do I work like this?

You are paying to 'retain' my time, so that I can structure my week by making sure I am available to you for the hours you are paying for. I use this time blocking method to structure my own week, so you know that I am fully concentrating on your work during your time block.

How will I calculate my time?

I currently use Toggl to track my time. Each completed task will be noted on a time sheet, which will be sent to you at the end of the billing period. Don't worry, if you are coming close to the limit of your paid for hours I will let you know!

Can I carry over my hours to the next month?

For your first purchase of hours, I would be happy to roll any unused hours over into the second month, to give us both time to see what works. Following this, all hours are to be used within one month of purchase. Any time not used, will be lost.

What happens if I go on holiday?

I tend work flexibly during school half terms, meaning I will take a day or two off to spend with the children and condense my hours into the other days. 

​

I take 2 weeks off in August for proper family time and we can discuss reduced hours or potential cover during this time.

How do I keep confidentiality?

I am a registered member of the ICO and fully comply with GDPR.

​

I have my own professional insurance, which I am happy to provide evidence of.
